Great views. Exquisite views.
Dining is adequate.
Go for the view. Don't plan to have a mind-blowing dinner. Plan to be able to see Ontario and Saskatchewan from your seat, as the whole place slowly rotates.
Been there a few times already. Will be back. -

Even though the staff were friendly and the service was excellent, I'd have to say the food was a piece of crap. Basically paid for the view and not the meal, thats for sure.
I was hoping to experience a wonderful view of Winnipeg as well as superb dining. Only to leave, hungrier and extrememly disappointed. Their steaks were tough and chewy, they dont serve freshly brewed iced tea. Their lobster tails were mediocre sized and the meal portions were meager.
Prices are over the top for the taste. I wouldn't go here again unless I want to take a date and show them all of Winnipeg's spectacular view from above. That's probably the best thing out of the experience.
