I can attest to both Courtney M. and Katie M.'s review on this particular RBC bank.

I have been in Canada for only 3 years now and believe me the banking system is way different than what it was for me back home. However I respect the differences especially the fact that you need to make an appointment first in many cases except for withdrawals.

I have been a customer to 3 different banks - Scotia, TD and RBC and also been to many different branches of all 3 of them.

I can say confidently that this particular RBC bank (at Spring Garden Rd.) is by far the best in customer service. My wife and I have been serviced by different staffs on many different occasion and quite frankly all of them are excellent. Kudos to the staffs at the bank there and also to the manager for keeping such high standards - particularly customer service. We have no doubt in our minds that we will remain being RBC customers for many more years.

Other than the main branches, this is the only RBC atm that i've been able to locate downtown.

Especially convenient if you're shopping on Spring Garden and don't want to accumulate a ton of transaction fees.

This atm can be found squished directly between Starbucks and American Apparel.

The Royal Bank location on the corner of Speing Garden and Queen is easy to overlook. There is very little indication on street level that it even exits, so you should be on the look out for it. Located between American Apparel and Starbucks, the best thing about this Royal Bank ATM location is it's convienance.

I always find myself here in the middle of a shopping trip on Spring Garden, sorting out my funds and withdrawling more money. It's super convienant for Royal Bank customers to use because you don't get hit with that $1.50 service fees like on other ATM's. It also has the distinction of always being in service (I've never seen it "Out of Order" before) and usually being quick, there is rarely a line up.

Hot Hint: If you are looking for the wheelchair access elevator to the Spring Garden Starbucks, the entrance is shared by this Royal Bank outlet.
