I recently got approved for an AVION card and I couldn't have been more excited. The idea of earning travel points every single time I shop tickles me pink.
I opted to go into a Royal Bank branch to pick up my card and that's how I discovered this particular location of RBC. Cathy from the branch actually called me personally to let me know when my card had arrived and she helped me set everything up. I also recently had to make a payment on my card (Post Christmas payments) and I was impressed with how easy it is to get to this branch. I literally just hopped off the train, walked down the street, made my payment, and hopped right back onto the train! Couldn't have been easier!
The staff at this location is super helpful as well, so that's always a big plus!
Just one word of caution: this location is very tiny and I find wait times can be a little long. Last time I was here I ended up waiting in line for quite awhile and there were only a couple of people in front of me.
Either way though, the excellent service and the ultra convenient location more than makes up for the wait times.
I'm definitely a fan of this branch.
