I've been taking my cat here for the last few years, and I've been pleased with their service. I've only ever taken him here for annual checkups and shots, so I can't comment on more complicated procedures.
The staff are very good to me and my cat, and they are always on time, so I'm never waiting more than a couple minutes for my appointment. The vet takes his time examining my cat, and has given me some good tips for keeping my costs down, like recommending a high quality, but fairly reasonably priced food.
This place is also fairly transitable (for downtown folks anyways). I've always managed to have a car for the days I make appointments on, but the 5 stops right in front, should I not have wheels the next time we go in.
They also send me reminder letters addressed "Dear Chairman Meow", which I love because I think my cat is the best thing ever.
