We visit the Ross Bay Pub on a regular basis. Awesome menu and good service. They are continually updating the menu so there's always something new to try.

We've stayed in Victoria a few times nearby and eaten here several times now. Its more like a European pub in the food that it has - its not typical of "bar food" that you would find at a sports bar in the U.S. It has the sports bar atmosphere - T'V.'s up and on the wall in multiple places for sports... but expect a high quality of food. My wife has a lot of allergies and the staff and chef were extremely helpful and accommodating in finding things she could have.
They have a great selection of beer - a lot of good locals, like a pub should. -

This place has one of the best plates of Nachos I've ever had. The other items on their menu are also very good and their nightly dinner specials are delicious. The staff are also very pleasant and friendly. The service has always been quick every time we've eaten there.
