Visited here for a lunch with some coworkers.
Not a bad menu. Most of the table went with the lunch sized fish and chips. I went with the duck confit pizza. Everyone rec'd their meals except me. I was then told that there was a mistake in the kitchen and that mine was now being made.
Not sure how it happened, as we were the first 6 people in there and no more than 5 more patrons came while we were there.
Anywhoooo, my meal eventually came, but everyone had finished, so once the waitress returned, I asked for it to go. It was then when one of my companions spoke up.
"His meal was really late. Don't you think you should comp that?"
The waitress disagreed. "We can't do that I'm sorry."
Not even an attempt at anything to make it better.
She was asked for SOMETHING and said no. Eventually, the waitress came back with half my lunch comped. That would have sufficed at first, but staff had to be shamed into it.
Oh, I also realise that most places will charge a gratuity fee for large parties. It would be nice if staff reiterated this and not left it to patrons to find it on the menu, or in our case, on the bill.
Pizza was good too. Shame I won't return. -

Excellent restaurant, great food, great atmosphere, great and courteous service. Definitely a place to check out when in Mississauga.

Definitely the best restaurant in Mississauga! It has great options to eat that are different from your regular chain restaurant and the patio in the summer is to die for! They have a more than decent wine selection and the atmosphere is great for a long dinner or a relaxing lunch!
