Hot damn, who doesn't like chocolate every now-and-then? And Rosemary's certainly makes a nice piece of chocolate.
Not only do they cater towards the dietary challenged, but they have something for each dietary need. No gluten... no problem. Lactose-intolerant... tolerated. It's got to be nice for those who feel restricted with what they can eat to know that there is a lovely dessert place out there.
The staff here is generally pretty happy. But, when you work in a chocolate store it's got to be hard to be upset. Chocolate makes everything better! -

I am immediately submerged in deep scents of dark chocolate. Walking through the doors of Rosemary's, a rich and cultivated approach to chocolate plays on multiple senses.
The tiny shop is a retreat to luxury and all chocolate needs. Whether you are gifting or searching for your own indulgence, Rosemary's provides a yummy, creative technicality to its treats. Besides up scale decadence, they also offer lactose-intolerant and gluten free options. There are no excuses-- chocolate for everybody! How respectable.

What would a trip to Pete's be, if I didn't make a pit stop at Rosemary's.
Typically, when I enter any chocolate shop there are two things that get me...chocolate smell (which means they make it on site) - and Rosemary's gets high awards for the lovely chocolate aroma. The beeping lets us know that chocolates are being prepared all day long in the kitchen (You can actually take a peek through the open window).
The second thing that wins (or loses) my heart is dark chocolate covered ginger and dark chocolate covered marzipan. Rosemary's scores again! You'd be surprised at how many establishments do not have my favorites.
Of course there are other fab chocolate choices, but I leave that to the rest of you. Just add more ginger to my bag, please. -

Chocolate - how can you not love it! Rosemary's Chocolates are in a few spots throughout the market. This is fabulous chocolate. You know the difference when you bite into a good piece of chocolate. It jumps your taste buds alert, I usually take my time to savour every morsel of a good piece of chocolate.
Rosemary's packages the chocolate in nice bags if you want to give it as a gift. -

Way to go Rosemary's, for taking care of people whose dietary requirements often mean they have to forgo chocolate shops. Gluten-free, dairy-free, peanut-free, it's all here. I am not immediately affected by this, but I definitely appreciate the fact that they've filled this niche. Makes it a breeze to buy chocolates for friends with allergies, too.
