I believe this is the one in Metrotown. I purchased a new purse here, and bonus, it was on sale. The girl that helped me was super-friendly and no complaints on the service (just the right amount of help, not too much and wasn't ignored). She was also very knowledgeable on their leather goods. No complaints here, apart from I wish the store was bigger.

Staffers not very friendly at the Metrotown location. I've been here a few times and have yet to feel welcome. The last time I went in, I paid for my purchase the sales girl kept yapping on the phone and simply stuck out her hand for the money, rang up the bill and handed me my change and shopping bag -- all of this without making eye contact, smiling, or saying thank you. I'll never go back.
