This location has been the bane of my existence. They either have really good service or really horrible service. I have given this location 4 stars because the last few times I have been there have been positive.
This store is small in comparison to the usual big box home improvement store but they have a lot of items and if they don't have it in stock they can order it in.
They are definitely comparatively priced and Canadian, for those who like to support Canadian businesses. Oh and for those that like to collect Air Miles they also are a participant, however you may have to remind the cashiers as they don't always ask you if you have it. -

Not a lot of selection here for a Rona, but they have a decent variety of the basics. I usually find that they are missing one or two items on whatever list I have when I go there.

The Gods have been looking down at me for the past 2 weeks and getting their fair shots in when it comes to humoring themselves.
Amongst the many things that have happened, my boyfriend managed to break the handle on the toilet of his bathroom last night...don't even ask. These things don't happen in my bathroom but I'm not saying anything nor am I judging.
Anyways, didn't work late tonight because my intentions were to pick up new parts at the local Rona depot. I really don't like the idea of him using my bathroom but that is a whole different topic. I know the woman will understand what I mean.
It was a class act from the minute I walked in. Not knowing where I would look for this type of thing I asked the cashier and she immediately directed me to isle 13 and while I was walking there she paged someone to help me and said customer is on her way. I made a mental note to thank her on the way out cuz I don't know any cashier that does that. She was on the ball.
The competence continued with a very helpful gentleman in the bathroom parts area who proceeded to hook me up with the various things that would do the job.
All in all I was in and out of the store within 5-6 minutes tops. I am not used to getting such superior customer service but it is apparent that it runs abundant at this location. I heart you Rona.
