I dealt with the used cars at Ron Hodhson GMC. I was lied to, disrespected, and had my time wasted. I will NEVER deal with them again. Salesman JohnK. And Manager Barry were deplorable. My advice is to stay away.

I booked my truck in one week ago. I wanted an oil change, all fluids checked, there was a squealing/grinding sound coming from (I thought the left front wheel), and a tune up. They asked to have the car in at 7 am. I dropped the truck off at 7 am and the puppy and I walked home. 5 hours later they called me to tell me they managed to get the oil changed but hadn't had a chance to do anything other work yet, but the alignment team did note that my front wheels were out of alignment. They asked of I wanted a wheel alignment, I said go ahead.
Four and a half hours later they called back and said that they now have the fuel filter replaced and will be doing the wheel alignment next and my truck will be ready in an hour and a half (6 pm). At 5:45 they called and said they didn't have time to do the alignment. I could leave the truck and they could do it tomorrow or I could pick the truck up tonight and rebook it back in.
I picked the truck up and it won't be rebooked back in. 11 hours to do an oil change, replace a fuel filter and rotate my tires.
I hope they have a large customer base, because this kind of service will result in a loss of lot of them.
