Roman's has been on Stony Plain Road forever. It is a popular stop for lunch for working people and families in the area. Recently, the restaurant cut its hours back from the supper hour, which severely limits my ability to patronize it.
That is a shame. Roman's has a very extensive menu with an all-day breakfast. I really enjoy the omelettes, which come in a variety of configurations, or can be served to order. The burgers are great, and entree items are served with veggies and your choice of potato or rice. Portions are decent, service is reasonably speedy, and this place has a load of regulars keeping it hopping.
There is nothing fancy about Roman's - just basic, decent food. I like the food here a lot better than other family chains like Smitty's and Humpty's.
