Their $55.00/month cell phone contract costs me exacatly $75.00/month, even if I never use the phone. They lied directly to my face about extra fees. I called their customer service and explained the problem. I spoke to the telephone representative, his supervisor and that person's supervisor. I could get absolutely no consideration from any of them.
At the end of each conversation, when I made my very reasoned, very logical argument, they each finally said 'well, you shouldn't have signed the contract.' and that was the end of it. They have no concern whether their clients are happy with the service or not. Absolutely none.
