Review from Brian S.
Smart Phones can be confusing. After looking the "Right" phone for a Family Member. Today we took the plunge and went to the local Rogers Store.
Conner the salesperson and his coworkers were great. He answered a wide range of questions we had with respect.
In the middle of out transaction a couple of Rough Customers "Baseball Caps to the Side Types" came in the store trying create a disruption. The staff handled them like pros. Conner help us chose the level of service that we needed and did not just try and force us in a long term cookie cutter contract. (There no way around it to use a smart phone in Canada you got to pay to play).
Not only did he help us select a great (windows) phone. After the sale he spent at least 45 minutes setting up the phones features even setting up our email from our other providers and training us how to use the phone.
Buying the phone was a good experience. Wow now that really is saying something. -

Small and hidden, would have to describe this Rogers Plus store. On 15th and Oak, this location is half a block in on 15th, and surrounding it is residential area. Size wise, way smaller than the Blockbuster just a stone's throw away. At least if you get your stuff from this area, you have choice and selection, if they do not have it, you just go to the 'competitor'.
It is a small store, and only really does the new releases, as most of the old stuff goes to the previously viewed selling bin. Not much of a selection, or usually just one copy of older movies. Very little on the gaming rental front as well. -

This is a fair-sized video rental shop that is convenient for the Fairview neighbourhood. They have a good selection of New Release Hollywood movies and keep plenty of each in stock. We got Run Fatboy Run for $4 and had a laugh.
There is a small selection of Foreign language films if you are missing your mother tongue, learning a language or just curious.
If you are too lazy to hit a corner shop and want to make a b-line home, there's a small, overpriced selection of pop and junk food near the check out.
