    I am not typically a fan of telecom company customer service (http://www.yelp.ca/biz...) but today my faith has been restored.

    My dad has a cell phone with Bell and they were looking to perhaps switch to another company add a second phone so they could each have one. Easy right? Wrong! My parents are elderly, don't speak much english and technologically illiterate... and if that wasn't enough to warrant my help, my mom asked me "can I get a Blue Tube for the Lp3 player?"

    We went to all of the four telecom companies and Rogers by far had the most attentive service and best prices. Our associate Charlene was ridiculously patient, nice and very helpful. She answered all my questions and didn't seem annoyed by my constant translation to mom & dad.

    In the end we switched all my parents' services to Rogers and got them new cell phones. I was pleasantly surprised with the level  of service and I couldn't have asked for better.
