When I entered this shiny, sparkly new location the three staff I noted all seemed to be helping customers so I patiently stood quietly near the Pandora section (because I had to size up my recently received gift). Not only did the black sweater non-name tag gal not acknowledge me at any point (a "hi be right with you" would have minimally been appreciated) but at no time during the 10-15 minute wait did she look my way (I was literally standing right beside her). In the meantime sales person #2 smiled at me while waiting on someone else, promising that I be helped soon (yay I AM alive-not invisible). Then while #2 took her customer to the cash register, kind young "Mitchell" asked if I'd been helped. And it was #2 and his help that will have me returning again for sure. He patiently confirmed the bracelet size and assisted in choosing different options for it. Thank you so much Rodan Jewellers!
