Hands down, THE BEST ITALIAN SAUSAGES in BC, maybe all of Canada.
Seriously.
I've been bbq'ing these bad boys for years now, impressing friends and family with my mad skills. If you are looking for a quick ego boost, serve some of these to guests and just sit back and wait for the compliments to roll in. I would suggest you not wear a hat as your head is gonna swell from all the praise.
Mild or Hot Sausages - well seasoned, juicy, plump and DELICIOUS. You cannot go wrong with these. Hot off the BBQ they are amazing. Leftover cold sausages are also irresistably good. And if you want to blow the top off everything else, why not use the sausage anywhere you would use sausage or ground meat? Lasagna with italian sausage, pasta, minestrone, on top of ice cream.... anywhere!!!!
They also have a wide selection of other butchered meats, and cold cuts, dry and tinned goods. Service is exceptional. -

Bought two lovely rib eye steaks for tomorrow's BBQ galpal dinner at my house. They ended up being still riddled with a bit too much fat post cook, with a larger cut than I'd prefer to consume in one sitting. However now I know! (And I'd definitely go again) The three different white cheeses I bought continue to please the palate.

Moved into the neighborhood and drove or walked past Rocky's quite a bit and was always intrigued. Finally went in one day and got some Italian sausages, turkey sausages and steaks and I couldn't believe how reasonably priced it was. Got home and cooked it all up and was even more pleased. Won't be getting my meats at Safeway anymore. Feels good to support a neighborhood, independent business.
