Review from Laura P.
Can I retract a review?
My sister/ roomie and I were enjoying a relaxed evening at home and decided to partake in a little treat action. Heading down to the 'oh so handy' Rite Shop, we scoured its teeny premises for a fix.
Eventually we decided that a McCain cake could be fun, and my sister decided to pick up some pizza pops and eggos for future reference. Well now. Upon getting home and delving in for a piece, the knife seemed to be having trouble. Following added pressure and a few stabs, it was evident that this cake was rock solid. Completely inedible. I guess we shouldn't be eating that stuff anyway... but I do like a treat every so often. And the McCain Cake always had the best commercials. We threw out the cake.
Throughout the course of the next week, my sister opened her pizza pops and eggos. Both completely freezer burnt and inedible!! 3 for 3!! And my sis will pretty much eat anything. There was no way around this. Tossed to the trash!
If you can't even buy frozen food here, what can you count on? Its a convenient location but if one cannot even purchase food saturated in preservatives, one may wonder what's up with that.
I'll definitely resist the Rite Shop temptation for future cravings. Whomp Whomp.1 Previous Review: Show all »
