Used to be a 4-star for me until they got rid of the service staff and went from glass and plastic cups and glasses to paper take out containers. Burgers and breakfast still fine - too bad no hustle or bustle or enjoyment anymore.

I had a hankering for a nice sandwich, and wanted to give this place another shot (their grill was down last time I went). I honestly don't know how they do any business with a Vera's so close by. The only thing Ricky's/Fatburger has going for it is ample seating.
I ordered a cajun chicken sandwich 'platter' and a coke. The platter designation means you get a side for a few bucks more than just a sandwich. If you want a salad instead of fries or rings, it's another few bucks on top of that. In the end, my (mostly bun) sandwich, and my iceberg/tomato/mushroom salad plus a coke cost me TWENTY DOLLARS with a meagre tip.
Are you effing kidding me?
In the end I felt totally robbed, considering a trip to Vera's or even Red Robin would have been better quality-wise and cheaper to boot.
Suck it, Ricky's. Suck it long, and suck it hard. -

Really good milkshakes. Burgers were good. Simple but well done fries. Very much what you'd expect.
