What I really like about Richard is his professionalism and experience. He has a very strong sense of the market and on how to market a home. He knew right away that a stager would add to the price I would get on my sale. HIs many relationships come in handy as the stager provided exactly what was needed. My home ended up selling for $100k over what I had expected. You can't go wrong with Richard. He is very attentive and delivers what he promises. Bravo Richard!

Richard helped my mom sell our North Toronto home several years back, and she was very, very happy with the job he did. Richard's a lovely man, totally professional, and really knows what he's doing.
