Delicious and cheap (dim sum before noon). I can't wait to go back. My new favorite dim sum spot.

This restaurant is now closed. It has turned into a crappy Beijing style restaurant called Beijing Cuisine. I have tried to get Yelp to change the listing but it hasn't been done. Here's what I think of the new restaurant:
Rich Ocean was my fave dim sum place. We went back to see how the transition fared...My first clue that it was not going to be good was there was only one other table occupied at lunch. When it was Rich Ocean, it was full at lunch & the place is huge!
They had just started offering dim sum again when we went as they realized how much they are hurting & decided to add it back to the menu. The person we were talking to was the owner of Rich Ocean who sold, but now works there for the new owners. He told us the food is terrible now and he tried to get them to keep the same menu but they wouldn't.
Our food is not worth mentioning. The crispy squid was like leather & so salty it was inedible. I will never come back, and I'd be surprised if it stays in business as it is...Listed in: West Broadway (Fairview/Mt.…
