Rheinpark

Rheinpark is a lovely green open space on the east side of the river in Cologne. Early on in the day when I first walked over, it was lovely and tranquil with amazing views back over the Rhein towards the main town, including the dominant structure of the Kolner Dom

There are a few concert venues and other buildings within the park that I didn't visit. I was heading to the Claudius Therme baths and this park was a lovely route to get there

Incidentally, the baths are amazing and well worth a visit

On my way back, the park was filled with the sound of happy kids playing in the large playground, which looked fun

A great place to go for a walk and even better place for bycling. It is very lovely to walk when the wheather is not too rainy,too sunny or too windy.
there are not much plants and flowers though..
