After trying many fine-cuisine restaurants in Québec and having some of the most wonderful food I've ever had in my life, my husband and I thought it would be fun to have McDonald's for dinner.
We actually never eat McDonald's in the US, as we're both pescatarian and eat very healthy. But why not? if you're going to eat at McDonald's this is the location-right in the heart of shopping and a spectacular view from upstairs.
We had the fish sandwich and fries (yes, I know what they're cooked in but I was starving after walking up and down Saint-Jean all day.) My husband noticed the fish had more calories but also more protein than he American sandwich..? The French fries container had a Canadian maple leaf on the M arch.
Interesting too were the gargoyle light posts!
Dinner was actually very romantic and we loved it as much as we would have loved a $90 dinner at an outdoor bistro (and yes two meals were going for $90.)
