Review from Myron B.
After walking throughout Le Vieux-Quebec I decided to lunch on Rue St-Anne. A nice place to people-watch. Their al fresco dining area looked appealing. The service staff were very accommodating. A flutist was playing Phantom of the opera nearby for "pourboire". Nice. I ordered a simple Bevette ( skirt steak) and frites. The meat was cooked perfectly as I ordered. It went well with the French Rose. I lingered because the views were so good.
The Demi glace sauce was a little piquant ( not like mine) but nevertheless enjoyable.
I met some folks at the next table from Texas. They really loved their escargot and calamari.
A very nice lunch interlude.
I gave found the wait staff in Quebec to be very agreeable and totally accommodating thus far.
