I've found the customer service here, (I assume it was the manager or owner I've delt with) to be very poor and unhelpful. They came across as very businessman like and rude, and not concerned with helpful information. I didn't feel compelled to return.

ReStart Computer Inc. is an Independent Apple Store located in the heart of downtown Victoria. We are an Authorized Apple Service provider as well as Authorized Apple Dealer. We carry a wide selection of Apple and not Apple product, focusing mainly on the user rather than the technology.

Established in 1995
ReStart Computer Inc has been serving our clientel on Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands, 1995. Built on a commitment to provide a first class customer service and experience we were able in bringing back good old fashioned relationship between our company and customers. We've been an Apple-only dealership for more than 10 years now, recently receiving a Milestone award from Apple Inc. We've strived throughout that time to bring you the best in expertise for everything Mac as well as the best in customer care.
