My mom and Dad stayed here when they were in town for a wedding. Overall, they were really happy with the place, staff, etc. But what put it over the top for them is when my mom left her 25 year anniversary ring and band at the hotel, they returned it to her with no issues.
She called them and they were great with her. Letting her know they found the ring and would send it to her ASAP. She was beyond grateful and happy. So a happy Mom makes for a happy child. Thanks Residence Inn!
