Repeats is a fantastic place for Hallowe'en costumes. A whole roomful of used costumes in every size, all organized by theme and size, awaits you. It's like years of a tickle trunk all crammed into one space. The staff was super helpful the day I visited, helping me find what I needed and giving suggestions in terms of props.
And if you are looking to make your own, there are lots of props to choose from. Hats, wigs, funny shoes, clown noses, makeup. It goes on and on with a wide selection of used clothes to round things out.
The best part is that it's all so inexpensive. I'm frugal when it comes to spending money on these once-a-year getups and shop around to save $$$. These prices are some of the least expensive I've seen.
There are some full-fledged new costumes to buy as well but with the selection of used costumes and accessories, it's more fun to make your own.
