I had a really pleasant house viewing last week with Glenn Herring of Remax Central. We viewed a condo like townhouse in the Bankview area and it was a really great space.
Glenn was especially professional, easy to talk to and very informative. He had a well printed brochure of the space with very good colour photographs and specs of the place that I could take home and view at my leisure. The most important thing was during the viewing he gave me the space and time to look around.
He was very open to working with me in the future but was not aggressive about it. I could tell that he was an honest fellow and like me he is young so was very knowledgeable about things that I should expect when being a first time buyer. It made me feel more at ease with this new life decision I am taking.
