I tried these guys because of the positive reviews posted on here. But they screwed me over yesterday. I was booked for 1 pm. When I called around 9 to see if they were on schedule, I got an OK and was told I'd be contacted if they were running late. 1:30pm and no show. When I call I'm told rudely that they can't come until 5pm. When I expressed my disatisfaction, I was rudely told to go find another company and was hung up on!!!
Needless to say, I couldn't move at all. I couldn't find new movers day of Sept 1, and my window had passed for my pre-booked condo elevators where I was moving from and also where I was moving to. I moved my stuff into temporary storage yesterday cos I had to be out on Sept 1. Not fun.
I understand movers can be delayed depending on how the first move of the day goes, but 4 hours late and no phone call to let you know? My experience yesterday showed just how unreliable these guys are. Always go with a mover that you personally know has worked with. I hope no one will get screwed over like I did.
