If a work colleague had not shown me this place, I would have missed out on a GREAT GREAT burger!
As a vegetarian, a burger is not my first choice as a good chunk of them tend suck, BUT Relish knows what they are doing, and they are doing it amazing!
There are Three kinds of burger (The Patty) - That's all they need. But 20 Different way to dress the burger and I love that concept, easy to pick and no rethinking your decision. The whole concept of "What kind of Burger would you like .... And how do you Relish that burger" I love it, its marketing, customer service and sales at its best, and I could care less, because the food backs it up.
It goes without saying I came back here 3 times, and every time it blew my mind away on how good a vegetarian burger can really taste. The colleague had the chicken and beef patty I think??? And his taste buds were blown away just as mine were.
If you are from Fredericton or visiting, you have to go to this place. Good job guys, Keep up the good work.
