We recently got our very old, never-been-cleaned, velour couch sanitized and steam cleaned by Reliable and were extremely happy with the experience and results.
The very professional and friendly Steve arrived early to take a look at the couch before going back to his car to retrieve the appropriate equipment. He offered us options and discussed the methods to help us understand the differences. When I asked him for advice about removing some residual plastic wrap and a lone wheel that was causing some "Princess and the Pea"-style discomfort, he quickly and efficiently removed both with no fuss. During the cleaning, Steve was very good at explaining the process and showing us the results of his progress. He was even tidy and considerate when disposing the dirty water in the toilet instead of the bathtub.

Reliable, and specifically Stephen, were responsive, friendly, and did a great job. He advised me on the best approach to cleaning and maintaining several chairs and a sofa, and did so at a price that was a good value.
I will definitely call on Reliable for any future carpet or upholstery cleaning needs.
