In looking to get my fiancé an Indian Head Massage for his birthday, I stumbled across the RelaxArts website. I was thrilled with the idea of the masseuse coming to our house and immediately emailed the woman to book our appointment. Several days went by and I never heard back from her so I decided to call and follow up. The number provided must be a personal cell because she answered in an unprofessional manner. I had to ask if this was "RelaxArts". She asked who I was. I said I was a potential customer trying to book an appointment. She said she wasn't working right now and that was the end of the call.
After that experience, I sadly have to recommend staying away from "RelaxArts". If you're currently unable to provide a service take your website down or AT LEAST return an email indicating such.
