The best baklava ever!! You'd never suspect to find good baklava at a store that mainly sells bulk dry goods but it's true. This baklava ($3) is super chewy, filled with nuts, and drenched in an obscene amount of thick, delicious honey.
If you prefer the dry, flaky, pistachio filled, honeyless crap that, unfortunately, shares the same name as this delicious Greek pastry then stay away; this isn't the palce for you.
Reg Dried Foods is, of course, mainly a purveyor of dry goods. Their stuff is all great quality so, while you're scoring some delicous baklava, you can also stock up on nuts, coffee, spices, and dried herbs. -

This is the dried food store in between the two other dried food stores in Kensington Market. I get my spicy snack mix here, because it's the only one that carries it.
The thing that unnerves me about this store is the pushy old lady that sits outside. Maybe her mannerisms are from the old school, but I find it uncomfortable! If you walk by and glance at her offerings, she'll get up and try to push you to buy, and if you choose something, she'll grab a bag and scoop the food for you. It's kinda nice, but...what if I wanted to scoop just the right amount myself?
Still, I love that spicy snack mix.
