Probably the most claustrophobic comic book store I've ever been in. A great selection in new and back issues, anime and especially alternative comic books, but you're wedged in tight into a shop that's so jam packed in product that you feel like a sardine in a can. I'm sure there's probably tons of hidden surprises there, but god knows how the heck can anyone find anything there!!!

I have passed by this comic store several hundred times and I only noticed it today because it had a free comic day banner over its door. When I asked how long they have been around the man there was so surprised he said about 16 years. Then he went on to site all the things they have been involved with like the Lilac festival etc.
The store is quite narrow and although it seems small it appears that it has a little bit of everything, the back area carries action figures; there is some Mange and just a small amount of Anime. There are great action figures bordering the top of shelves in the front area, ranging at about 200 bucks, they must be collectible.
Of course there are the classic Marvels and DC's and the man working there knows his products so although this isn't as big as other comic stores, it is definitely worth a visit. -

I'm not an expert on comic books or comic book stores, what with being a closet geek (and not a very big one at that - I'm a sucker for interesting pictures). That being said, I've always liked the look of Redd Skull when I walked by and the inside is even better. I think it is every 15 year olds wet dream - floor to ceiling comic books, knowledgeable staff and that sort of dark atmosphere that is perfect for geeking out. There was a ton of stuff, from graphic novels to manga to your typical comic book, and they can order just about everything for you. I was happy that I went in.
