We have been buying furniture from this place for the last 5 years. Their furniture is durable and very sturdy. Their prices are very affordable. Our house only has their furniture. And everyone that has come to our house has loved the furniture and we have sent quite a few of our friends there. The Husband and wife couple are the sweetest people we have met. They don't force a sale they just tell you about the product and you can choose to buy it or not. If you want cheap furniture go IKEA this place is not for you.

I love the furniture from this place, 100% reclaimed wood from old buildings and such. Ahhh, if only I could afford them all AND own a nice house in Vancouver. Well a girl can dream, can't she?

I bought a beautiful mango wood (sustainably farmed rather than reclaimed) table and two benches from Red Rose- the workmanship is terrific and I am very pleased with the look.  It's a gorgeous piece and I expect I'll have it forever.

John was terrific to deal with and gave me a really good deal, and their delivery was quick, efficient, and flexible.

I am in love with the sleigh bed in Red Rose's window. I must visit it once a month. If you see it, please don't buy it. One day I will have the money. It's my bed. It just doesn't know it yet.

What you CAN buy, is any of the other classy and classic reclaimed wood furniture in the store. They really do make beautiful stuff, and you can feel beautiful on the inside for supporting this environmentally sustainable endeavour. Just DON'T BUY MY BED! Thanks.

I fell in love with a desk at Red Rose Antiques.

As with their pieces, it was reclaimed wood. Old-fashion style. Oak. With leather on the surface for writing. With all the thoughts of IT wiring checked. Beautiful finishing, beautiful design. Just perfect. Breathtaking actually. Unfortunately a little on the big size for my apartment dwelling.

With loads of reclaimed wood pieces (store for all the Irish wood weeee!), and stained glass pieces, and really friendly people working in there this place gets a Jenni approved "Swish" and a mental notation for when I grow up and buy a house instead of an apartment.

The gorgeous sleigh bed in the window of Red Rose Antiques definitely caught my eye, and I just had to browse awhile. They sell wood furniture with traditional character and details, such as solid dining tables and all manner of elegant chests and desks and shelving units.

If you are looking for accent pieces and lighting, they also have some great chandeliers, lamps, and stained glass panels of the sort you often see in the windows of Vancouver's many renovated character homes.

I've walked by Red Rose Antiques several times without stopping in, until yesterday when my curiosity got the better of me. If you are looking for furniture with character, Red Rose Antiques is the place for you. The owners sell furniture made from reclaimed wood. This results in beautiful, environmentally conscious furniture with history. Red Rose Antiques sells bedroom, office, dining room, kitchen and living room furniture for a reasonable price. You are free to browse around without being stalked and sales pitched, which is often the experience in some other furniture stores.
