This is a great bike shop.
Good service and good product: Cannondale here!
Always have had pleasant and informative/helpful service at this place.

My brother-in-law is a cycle nutcase. He rides all the time...even in snow. He is a mountain biker and really puts the off in offroad racing. His idea of a good time is a 24-hour backwoods relay race (his team - yes, he is on a team - consistently finishes top 5 in provincial races). So, when I wanted to buy a bike for my son, I went to my brother-in-law for advice. He immediately directed me to Rebec & Kroes. It is a tiny shop at the strip mall at Alta Vista and Bank, next to Cora's. Wow, this is the shop for gear heads. They sell everything bike - the bikes, the roof racks, the clothes, the gadgets... And, they service bikes too. It is strictly first-come, first-served service, so be prepared to wait. But, it is nice to know that they stand behind their products. Their staff knows their stuff and will happily chat to you for hours about bikes, trails, injuries they have sustained, etc. Plus, they are hilarious. Don't waste your time anywhere else. This is THE bike place in the city.
