R2R Bootcamps are fun and adapted to both runners and people who want to get into running. You will improve your muscular endurance, strength, core stability and joint stability to run more efficiently and safely. NO RUNNING required during the class (you can pick fast walking over running for the warm-up and cool-down).

History

Established in 2011

R2R was created when we discovered the need for conditioning dedicated to beginner to intermediate level runners. There are many running clubs out there that focus on helping people build the endurance required to continuously run for 5km, 10km and more. But there are no training camps out there dedicated to help people interested in running acquire the strength, stability and coordination required to run efficiently and safely.

That's where Ready2Run Outdoor Training Camps comes to provide this much needed service. Want to get fitter and stronger before taking on running? I am here to help. Want to become a faster more efficient runner? We can help with that too. We can also help reduce the incidence of running-related injuries with joint stabilizing exercises.

Meet the Business Owner: Karin F.

Karin F. has been running sing elementary school and has always been passionate about fitness, health and sports science. She always enjoyed sharing whatever she would learn from videos, magazine articles, books or experts with her training friends. It was only a question of getting BCRPA certified before she turned tips sharing with friends into training friends and then into creating a fitness training camp.
