I am amazed with the level of service found here. I have dealt with many different people, managers, loans officers, etc. and all have been more than helpful, all are cheery, and even if they are only walking past you in the waiting area, they always ask if you need anything, like a coffee, reading material, etc. or at the very least say hello. They are very knowledgable, and courteous, and when I consulted the loans officer for consolidation, she explained in terms that I could understand why what I had planned to do wouldnt work out and what my options were. I have had nothing but good experiences with this bank.
