I went here to get international passport photos based on the positive Yelper reviews and they were spot on! I went during my lunch break--a busy time in the underground mall--and was in and out with my photos in literally less than 5 minutes. I walked in, someone greeted me and asked what I needed, I told them, they ushered me to the photo-taking seat (they had to wait for ME to take off my coat, scarf, hat, and brush my hat hair!), snapped a couple of photos, asked which one I liked, and I paid while they were printing.
They appear to have their photo printing software preloaded with the correct placement and sizing for a variety of photo specs (for different countries, visas, passports, etc) so the process is very quick AND your photos conform to the regulations. Highly recommended! -

I had to write to warn you not to go at 10am on Saturdays - they didn't open until around 11am.
I came because I got a groupon now deal where the passport photos are only $5. (It said valid between 9am-1pm.)
Otherwise the process is pretty fast. -

I don't usually write yelp reviews, but this place wowed me enough to want to say something!
I had to get 8 passport-style photos for my U.S. immigration papers and everywhere else that was close to me was ridiculously priced (West Camera $12.95 for first pic, $6 each after that; Duff Mall Walmart, $14.99 set of 2, no discounts), so I decided to head east to Rapid Photo, who would honor their internet coupon of $8.98 for 4 passport photos - even if I used it twice.
Very friendly staff, I was in and out in probably less than 3 or 4 minutes, and I paid $20 for 8 passport photos.
You honestly can't go wrong. Recommending to all my friends. -

so have you ever had a last minute decision to create this awesome photo present to your amazing friend who just has to have this mug with the shot of his/her friends' silly faces?...
I had that happened to me at least few times. and it always was max one week prior to the bday/farewell/wedding/whatever party that it had to be ready for.
then of course you always go to these big name photo stores that have all these online store features. and after you're about to submit the order the note tells you that it will take up to 10 business days for your order to arrive. well thank you very much. that's too late.
but Rapid Photo does these things in a day! and most of the times cheaper and the staff is super friendly! -

Good location (basement shops under the Sheraton). Prompt and friendly service. Done in 5 minutes. The girl even asked me to blot my forehead so the shine doesn't get my passport photo rejected!
Lost one star only because the price went up. No longer 4 for $10.
Price is 2 passport photos for $10 walk in.
On their website you can print off coupon for 2 passport photos for $9, or a $2 off coupon. Came to $9.04 taxes included for 2 photos, when after I used the $2 off. -

Super fast, efficient and knowledgable service. The owner was friendly and patiently answering passport and passport photo - related questions from the person he was serving before me, even though I'm sure he's repeated the same phrases a gazillion times. I waited in line, got my photo taken and was out the door in probably 5 mins. I'm not exaggerating! Mondays at lunch hour seem to be a really good time to stop by.

I hold a Sri Lankan passport, in other words I need to apply for a visa to travel almost anywhere on earth. Combine that with my tendency as someone that gets stuff done last minute, a place like Rapid Photo is a godsend to me!
It sticks completely true to it's name and does indeed deliver in a "rapid" fashion (used it 3 times and had a 10 minute wait each time!) For $10 you're hooked up with 2 pictures (I'm 97% certain it's 2 and not 4 pictures) and to tie it all together in an "almost too good to be true" fashion they deliver friendly service as well!
The easiest way to get to this underground location is to go in to the Sheraton hotel and take the escalator down to the Sheraton Concourse portion of P.A.T.H.
It's at a great location too, close to a few embassy's so you would not have to go out of the way if you're looking for a "on the day of" photo shoot.
So glad I discovered this location and it will hold a monopoly on my passport photo taking life! -

This place is located on the shopping concourse below the Sheraton across from City Hall. I had four passport photos made there yesterday for $10.15 including tax. Be sure to print out & bring the coupon on their website to get this deal (4 photos for $8.98). The photos were made while I waited so I was in & out in about 5 minutes. Cheap, efficient and done right. You only need your guarantor to sign on the line on the back. I had no problems at the passport office w/these pics. Another plus: Rapid Photo is located next to a copy shop where you can copy your documents (if nec.) before heading to the passport office on Victoria St.
