Cheese pizza 2 slices, w fountain soda, $3.99! garlic, pepper flakes, parmesan on table. We had to get some filled to order canolis. Very nice & efficient folks behind the counter. Pretty view right on a river, patio seating, might be for smokers, don't know, only 3 other tables with folks (inside) while we were here.
2nd visit 12" pie, house salads, dressing in pkgs. More canolis. All wonderful. -

This place is shameful. We were the only people in the place and every table was filthy. We were forced to get our own plates and forks and were directed to the pile of plates, most of which were dirty. I could not find a single fork that was clean. The kitchen staff was made up of KIDS, all yelling and screaming with the music blasting. The place was very dirty. The floors were gross and the air vents looked like they had never been cleaned. The decor, horrible. Most of the food was fair at best, except for the calzone, which i give a B+. This place could be a gold mine... if the owner were there to supervise the kids. I will not go back.

We ordered this because they had a menu in our hotel. The menu was old. We got salads, pizza, chicken and fries. Chicken was good, fries were delivery fries soggy, salad were limp, pizza was good (not the best but good).

This is a pretty good pizza place in St. Johnsbury. I went here the other night for a couple of slices. I had a plain cheese slice and another slice with chicken and ranch dressing. I am not a huge fan of ranch dressing but the slice was good. I wish the crust had been a little crispier. They have a great beer selection which included local beers like Trout River and Woolavers. The service was ok. You order and pay at the counter and they bring it out to you. There were plenty or tables and a large television playing sports. The table next to us had some calzones that smelled amazing. I'm looking forward to trying them on my next visit.

Well, it's the best pizza in St. Johnsbury, which is sorta like saying that it's the best scuba diving spot in Lake Erie.
We had a large meat lovers on Tuesday night. Craig and Casey dug in about 45 minutes before we got back from work, so the remaining slices were luke-warm, yet still tasty, which is a good litmus test for a worthy pie.
I had a T(urkey)BLT yesterday for lunch. They went way overboard with the shredded iceberg and tomato, but the turkey was fresh and the bacon was great: well-cooked and shredded into bite-size pebbles.
Fountain Pepsi instead of fountain coca-cola loses Ramunto's an unfortunate star.
Prices, again, are dear. Too expensive for St. J. -

My husband and I were driving home from a long weekend and were on the road all day. We were looking to avoid fast food for dinner and found this place shortly off the highway. I think we found it in the GPS, maybe. Anyway, the pizza was great. Most pizza places have pizza by the slice and offer plain or pepperoni. This place had tons of varieties of pizza by the slice - hawaiian, meat, veggie, and probably 5 or 6 more.

When I was growing up and spending summer vacation in the area, we always went to the pizza place over by the motel. It closed and for years there was no really great pizza in St. J. After Cucina de Gerardo closed (I was sad to see it go) Ramunto's opened and brought with it fantastic pizza. When we got married in St. J last year we recommended it to all of our family and friends. My in-laws went for dinner and said it was the best pizza they've ever had.
