My wife and I had our wedding ceremony at this hotel. Their room booking system is very disorganized. The person we dealt with was actually the supervisor for the person who normally looks after weddings. This lady had no idea how to do the job of her subordinate and was not terribly cooperative on a number of occasions. The wedding itself went well though I would book a different location were I to do it again.

This place is a DUMP. Was here for an event, and was not impressed. Key cards not activated for my room, rude staff at the front desk didn't make the stay and more pleasureable. The servers in the restaurant were rude, the whole hotel smelled musty, the banquet staff SUCKED, and ignored our table, not filling water, or taking dirty dishes.
There was ketchup on the ceiling in my room, my bathtub didn't drain, and the maid never bothered to clean the room. I've never stayed at a grosser hotel.
