When my soles need some tender loving care there is only one place I will take them... and that is Ralph's Shoe Service
Having an extensive shoe collection which I have invested a questionable amount into it is great to know when a heel falls off or a pointy toe needs repair there is somewhere I can take them where they will be restored to their original glory.
With my cheap shoes they are actually in better shape after.
Plus service is quick to boot! Can't wait two weeks for your favorite black pumps to be repaired? I've never waited much more than a few days, which was especially awesome when I brought in three pairs for servicing prior to an oversees trip.
