Rafters is a good home decor store located in South Common. They carry great things to decorate your home with and they are classy and sophisticated with a bit of an urban feel. It carries things perfect for the young home owner.
Rafters offers things like kitchen gadgets, mugs, candles and many unique gifts. The store is a bit pricey, maybe even overpriced but I think if you really want your house to look nice it's OK to spend extra. Your home is something you experience everyday so might as well make it look nice.
The store is large and is worth taking your time to browse around. Especially if you have nothing specific in mind. The staff is helpful and friendly but your most likely won't need them. Everything pretty much speaks for itself. -

I really like everything in this home decor store in South Edmonton Common, but I do find that this store is way over priced.
I went here in here just the other day, and even though it is a couple months past Christmas, they still have many decorations out and wreaths are still hanging on one wall. Other than Christmas decorations, this place sells country style home decor - cute signs, wall decals, coffee mugs, candles, wooden angels, and even some kitchen gadgets.
I like the stuff in here, I even found a very cute flower pot that I loved until I saw that it was $25. That being said, there are many items in this store that I would buy if I had the money, but there are also many that I wouldn't buy, even if I had the money.
This store is huge, so take your time going through it. There are many sweet things to be found.
I will be coming back at Christmas time next year to buy a wreath. I wanted to buy one this year but couldn't justify dropping that amount of money on some twigs. But this year I will suck it up, because they really are beautiful.
