Nice atmosphere for an event, however, when we're talking food allergies (or specifically gluten-free dining), pick a better place to host your event (or consider not going if an event is there).
My experience with a luncheon was not good, even after phoning to pre-warn and order a gluten-free meal. I was disappointed to say the least, especially after experiencing some pretty spectacular accommodation at other event centres in the city.
The Radisson could improve by educating their staff better and incorporating some innovation in designing a menu for allergies (it's only going to become more common!).
