Went in here walking from my favorite Kosher deli in Van, Omnitsky, to the HSBC on the corner. Had a hankering for a wee cigar and the first thing that came to mind was the ubiquitous Prime Time, so I asked the guy behind the counter if he had any. Not surprisingly, considering the beautiful decor and first class products in the cases around the store, he didn't have any Prime Times.
Instead, he asked me what my tastes were and recommended a cigarillo that he has custom rolled for the store. It was cheaper than a Prime Time, and a whole helluva lot better. I haven't had a Prime Time since - I just can't go back after tasting that delicious little thing.
RJ Clarke has exactly what I look for in an establishment: great product selection matched with above-par service. A huge array of Cuban and other cigars and tobacco products alongside everything that goes with them and suits the cigar smoker like offerings from Mont Blanc and Dunhill.
If you're looking for the real deal, visit this tiny store that's been around like forever.
