The bad: Hella rude construction workers! I understand the hotel is going through some massive renovations, and the construction workers being rude isn't their fault, so I won't hold that against Quality Hotel. However, Management needs to seriously stand up to them because these guys DGAF. There were signs all over saying that the elevator was for guests only, and I wound up having to wait 5-10 minutes for the elevator every time I wanted to go to my room because construction workers were using it and making it filthy. One even gave me a hard time for getting on the elevator, because I wasn't getting off the same floor that he was! Excuse you, you're paid to be there, I'm paying to be there. It's MY elevator. They took the best parking spots, forcing us to park very far away and it was raining the entire time.
Okay! Rant over :) Now I can get to the good. The staff at the Quality Hotel is very warm and helpful. The girls that worked at the Timothy's Coffee Shop inside the hotel were always sweet to me and never charged me extra for soy milk (yay!). The rooms were clean, with the exception of the construction styrofoam that was all over the floor and seemed to get in to everything. I'm sure that when the construction is over, the hotel will look awesome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that doesn't have breathing problems (the construction dust was kind of hard on my allergies).
