    Three words: Om. Nom. Nom.

I walked into Qoola on a hot day expecting the type of frozen yogurt place where they mix fresh fruit into the yogurt like Yogen Früz. What I found made my inner child squeal with glee as I beheld what looked like a sundae bar of my childhood past.

You start by picking either a bowl frozen yogurt or a cup for a smoothie (there was also a sign for waffles, but I didn't see how that worked), you make your choice of yogurt from the dispensers on the wall and then add toppings from a salad bar style counter before weighing your creation and/or abomination at the cashier. I really like how pricing is done by weight. It's simple but can easily come back to bite you if you go overboard on your treat.

I had bowl of blackberry yogurt with blueberries, mango and walnuts from the topping bar. The yogurt was delicious, fruit was nice and sweet and the walnuts were perfect without the slightest indication that they might be going rancid (my usual worry with walnuts).

The shop itself is bright and welcoming with plenty of seating both indoors and out. I was also happy to see that they have recycling bins for their cups and bowls.

I would highly recommend Qoola to anyone and I will be back again and again and so forth.

all i want to do is shout: "QOOOOOOOOOO-LAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA"

I converted my partner in crime to get a day pass to Uptown (since he refuses to go there) to get some delicious frozen yogurt from Qoola.

With 8 different fresh frozen yogurt flavors and oodles of toppings to put on it you really lose your mind in all the different combos you could create.

today's extrodinary flavor maker: dulce de leche swirled with country vanilla and a side bit of blueberry acai yogurt topped with crispy crunch bit, mango sauce, blueberry sauce, fresh pineapple, fresh mango, mochii, and maybe a few gummi bears and a ginger cookie to boot.  I know... a little insane, but seriously - too many to choose from!

go make yourself a fabu dessert that you can't stop eating!
oh, my partner in crime thought it was so good, he was trying to steal mine!
