    Super Pleased!!!!

It's an all AVEDA salon, and with it I believe certain standards on the quality of services they offer.

When i got there, i got a big mug of tea. They couldn't even name me the types of tea they had, they had so many kinds.

The place is no frills. Hair salon upstairs and mani/pedi stations and rooms downstairs. During the treatment, even tho nice music was playing and room lit by one candle, i can hear the people upstairs walking around. However, it didn't bother me.

I got a wax and facial with Lynnette.  Was great - gentle, friendly, and gave me a good deal because I didn't have a lot of hair.  It actually was my least painful waxing. I also noticed the wax was white (as opposed to yellow) not sure if that means anything.

My facial was awesome, and up there on my top facials.  Nowadays I expect a facial experience to have the esthetician in there the whole time, and during my masks to give me massages. I wasn't disappointed here.

I got the Aromatherapy facial ($55, 60 mins). It started with a smell test on which type of smell I liked for my face. Out of 3 choices, I picked the one for sensitive skin, which is what I have. She told me, usually people pick the one for the condition they have which is interesting.
Then I got to pick 1 out of 4 essential oils. There was a flowery, cirtusy, mentholy (eucalyptus) and something else I didn't like. I picked the eucalyptus

After a clean, hot towels, i got a mask application with steamer. Then she massaged my hands. Extractions, then massage of face and décolletage with the essential oil. Smelt SO NICE.  After more hot towels, some more serum and essential oils I was done.

Honestly, at this price point, and 60 mins (felt like longer) it was really good. In Toronto the exact same thing was $110 (in a fancy hotel).
I got two services for just the same amount!!
And the best part was that they have a club card where if you get treatments more than $20 (which is almost everything except a polish change) 9 of them, gets you a free 1/2 hr massage or facial. What an awesome deal!!!!I wish I lived here just to do that.

I would come again, and make it my salon home, if I lived here.
