Almost walked right by but had the common sense to check yelp reviews first. They did not lie; I had one of the best paninis I've ever had, accompanied by some spectacular service and a perfect coffee. Knowledgable, friendly and talkative staff. Can't wait until I'm back on upper Lonsdale!

This is a beautiful new deli conveniently located on Lonsdale in N. Van. It doesn't look like much on the outside but -- ZAM ! -does it ever shine on the inside!
Italian Pannini's are made hot and fresh to order, a huge variety of meats, cheeses, olives, everything Italian. Olive Oils, pastas, breads and beverages, and espresso too :-)
The customer service is strong and samples are offered. This is the place if you love "dis kina food" (spoken in my best faux Italian accent). -

If you're a foodie, this will be one of your greatest finds on the North Shore this year. A HUGE selection of specialty olives, cheeses, deli meats and more - the pesto hummous is delicious and all dips and spreads are home made. Just like Mama used to make! The deli is family run and as a result the service exceptional. They cater too.

I love this place. It's a gem in the rough on Upper Lonsdale where finding good food is sometimes a little difficult. Their selection of deli meats is fantastic, it's not the usual rubber you get from most delis, the meat is succulent and tasty. The meat doesn't sit for weeks on end, it's usually very fresh and has a quick turnaround. Their cheeses are amazing, and their whole selection of sauces, condiments, bread and juices are fantastic. I'm so glad I found this place. The staff are fantastic too, they remember me every time, give advice on food pairings and are super friendly.
