We were looking for a solution to allow one of our clients to offer online ordering of print services from their web site. I contacted Print Quotes Software and the surface it seemed as though they offered everything that our clients would need, with the customization to brand the solution. I helped them to solidify the deal. Unfortunately after the deal was closed their customer service was ok. The client did not have the flexibilty to customize the solution to their exact needs. While they offered to make some changes most of them were fee based.
In the end we needed something that was a bit more customizable for our needs.
This is a good solution for most printers looking for an online store. But if you need a solution that is tailored to your end user please look elsewhere. It will save you a lot of time and frustration, and money.Comment from Chris L. of Print-Quotes Software Inc. 3/22/2010
