I do not mind their service because it is inexpensive for cell phone and home phone. But their customer service is not that good. But overall its ok.

Worst service ever. Ugh. So glad I'll be off the contract this year after August. $77 a month for pretty much 77% downtime. The service is never working it's terrible. It's not even worth calling either all the tech support employees are poorly trained, hard to understand, and lack any sort of common sense.
Me - "Hi, I've checked all the cables, tried restarting the modem but it appears that your DHCP server is still not giving my modem an IP address"
Primus - "Okay sir, [Incoherent East-Indian speaking]."
Me - "Pardon me?"
Primus - "Is the power on sir?"
Me - Aside: "Are you fucking kidding me?"
"Yes. The power is on."
Primus - "Okay so we're going to walk you through restarting your modem"
Me - Aside: "Srsly?!"
"I've already tried restarting the modem a number of times and it has done nothing to improve the situation. The connectivity is not a problem on my end it is your server not giving my modem an address through which to communicate with the network."
Primus - "Yes sir, we understand sir, so if you look at the back of the modem..." (Proceeds to tell me how to restart the modem)
Me - "I hate you."
*hang-up*
Is it just me or does Tech Support not give a shi!t about what you say. It's as though they have a list of steps and they absolutely refuse to deviate from that no matter what the situation.
The worst is when they talk down to me about stuff because I'm in Software Engineering and have a University level understanding of networks, protocols, hardware, etc etc and these people are telling me how to press an f'ing button on the back of my modem! Arghhhh!

DO NOT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.
I've been told by my bank TD, that once you sign them access to your
account there is no way to stop them from withdrawing funds other than
closing the account and starting a new one.
I was a few days late getting their voip modem back and they charged me $169 for it. I called and explained that I was on winter vacation and couldn't get back to return it on time..Only two days after the deadline....I have after all been a long time good customer & other than this incident would have parted with good recommendations ..... these customer practices are on their way out....with the growing awareness of users through web reviews etc., many business are setting up a new paradigm of customer service based on
fair decent practices. Consider Skype phone instead..MUCH cheaper..one bill a year...and won't steal from your bank.
